The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful. They offered to call a cab for us and even made us sandwich boxes for breakfast. The hotel is well-furnished with many facilities and the rooms are spacious and clean. The location is good, with a free shuttle service to Chatuchak market.
Don't have any issues at all.

It provide halal food for Muslim travellers which is very convenient as the hotel itself is very far any food place & not very accessible.
Its location. Too isolated. Most taxi drivers do not even know how to get the hotel & some do not even know about the hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very affordable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. The location was also ideal, as it was within a touristy area and close to a variety of attractions. The staff were friendly and the service was top-notch. Additionally, I loved the fact that the rooms had balconies on two sides, offering wonderful views. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was included in the price and served in a delightful manner.
Everything was satisfactory.

Nothing really, the only positive thing was that the staff tried very hard, but they are obviously limited in their training and also, off course, limited in their powers to change anything for the better.
Too many things to mention them individually, a nightmare in every respect, never again!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodations and the service provided. Secondly, the attention to detail was commendable. From the clean and well-maintained rooms to the basic amenities provided, everything was taken care of. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was within a touristy area, making it easy to explore the surroundings. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay.
My experience at this hotel was great and there was nothing that I believe could be improved.

Nobody can ever find this hotel. Even when we gave a taxi driver a printed map and directions in Thai (given to us from hotel.) He still took an hour to do a 10 minute journey. No clue whatsoever. On the website it said that the one bedroom suite had a sofa bed and a double bed. There was no sofa bed in our room, so we had to order a separate bed to be brought up, and our son had to sleep in with us. Not ideal, and not what we paid for. They said that they haven't got sofa beds in any of their suites or rooms. We also said that we were going early the next day to the airport so could we have room service breakfast. They said no. They said they would however pack up a box of breakfast stuff for us to take with us. The next day, they said they had forgotten! So paid for breakfast and didn't get any. No alcohol served in hotel either!

The location of the hotel is convenient for those traveling to or from Don Muang airport. It is also close to the JJ Weekend market, making it a great choice for shoppers. the rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well-maintained. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, with delicious Asian dishes. the hotel also has a basic gym and a spa, providing additional amenities.
The hotel is located in a quieter neighborhood and may not be suitable for travelers seeking a hype and trendy environment.

Friendly Staff, Free Shuttle Service, Clean Rooms
The staff at this hotel were very welcoming and friendly. The free shuttle service to the nearby market was a great added bonus and made it easy to explore the local area. The rooms were also very clean and well-maintained. the location was convenient for getting around the city.
The Wi-Fi signal was weak and inconsistent, which made it difficult to stay connected. the hotel's location was quite far from the city center, which made late-night exploring a bit challenging.
